GrappleGun v0.6.0: Sounds and "Animations"

I created sounds for most actions in the game, and made the Grapple and Gun react to more player movment events.
I want my player character to be a massive, space marine like juggernaught, with massive loud weapons that make the player feel strong when they use them. The player is currently an invisible ghost wielding two boxes, so this is not conveyed well, but adding sounds is a good start.
Most of this update was spent refactoring my code to use events. Dunno why I wasn't using them earlier, they are sick.
- Added sounds, don't feel like listing them all
- Added a volume slider in the Options menu
- Lowered starting sensitivity
- Everyone that I watch immedietly cranks it down
- Camera FOV no longer tweaks out when dashing after launching from a reel.
